A little background


The idea of this weekend is that you have time to :

  • Practice some self-care techniques and exercises in the 3 key areas you need to be healthy to ensure your all-round wellbeing
  • Have the time and the inclination to experiment with some of the things you do - what you habitually do as soon as you wake up; activities you choose to do in the day; how you relax and rest; and what you usually do before going to bed, etc.
  • Set up some routines and rituals which mean this isn’t just a one-off
  • Leave feelinging fabulous, positive and confident that you know how to give yourself the support and appreciation you need in order to continue to feel great!
